National Police Clearance (PNP NPCS)

National Police Clearance is issued through the PNP NPCS portal at pnpclearance.ph. Register/login, complete your profile, set a police-station appointment, pay online, then appear with one valid government ID, payment proof, and reference number for biometrics (first-time). Non-appearance renewal may be available if you appeared within the last three years using the same account with updated photo/selfie-with-ID uploads. Validity is commonly six months per portal notes. Distinct from NBI Clearance.

Fees

Ordinary clearance uses the published basic fee plus e-payment charges. First-Time Job Seeker clearance is free of charge per NBI’s Citizen’s Charter.
