  PRC Citizen’s Charter lists the proof of system-generated application form from online.prc.gov.ph as a basic requirement. Print the document LERIS generates for your renewal transaction.

• CPD compliance proof or CPD undertaking

  Present CPD attendance certificates or CPDAS screenshots of earned units. If you cannot complete required units, PRC allows renewal upon execution of the CPD undertaking included in the renewal application—except where profession rules disallow undertakings (e.g., real estate practitioners per PRC notices).

• SPA or authorization papers for representatives

   Book renewal in LERIS and pay

   Select Renewal, enter profession and license number, choose appointment site/date and payment channel, then complete payment as LERIS instructs.

   Print the system-generated application form

   Open existing transactions / payment details in LERIS and print the renewal document PRC requires at the window.

   Prepare CPD proof or undertaking

   Assemble CPD certificates/CPDAS evidence, or complete the undertaking section when your profession allows it.

   Appear on the appointment date and claim the PIC

   Submit the system-generated form and supporting documents at the designated window, then receive the valid PIC and sign the releasing log as instructed.
