DTI Business Name Registration
Sole proprietors register a business name online at bnrs.dti.gov.ph (BNRS Next Gen) or at a DTI Regional/Provincial Office / Negosyo Center. You must be at least 18. Pay the published territorial-scope fee plus ₱30 DST, then download or claim your Certificate of Business Name Registration. A DTI BN is not a license to operate—you still need LGU and BIR steps.
Register a sole-proprietorship business name with DTI through BNRS—distinct from a Mayor’s Permit or BIR registration.
