Balik-Manggagawa documentation depends on whether you return to the same employer, same job, and same country. When those match, DMW directs eligible workers to the OFW Travel Pass in the eGovPH app as digital exit clearance (OEC integrated into the Travel Pass for that path). When employer, jobsite/job, or destination changed—or the Travel Pass path does not apply—complete Migrant Workers Office (MWO) contract verification as your post requires, then follow DMW Online Services / OEC issuance. This overview links those paths; it does not replace post-specific MWO checklists.
