Generate the pass in the eGovPH app (NGA → DMW → Balik Manggagawa → Travel Pass); the profile and QR code serve as digital exit clearance—no printed OEC is required for that covered path. Workers who changed employer, job, or destination, or who are not covered by the Travel Pass path, still follow OEC / DMW Online Services issuance instead.
