Passport Requirements for Dual Citizens

Dual citizens must still complete core adult new or renewal passport requirements, plus dual-citizen documentary extras. Natural-born dual citizens typically present the latest Philippine passport (if any) and PSA Certificate of Live Birth or Report of Birth. Dual citizens under RA 9225 typically present latest Philippine passport, Oath of Allegiance / Order of Approval / Identification Certificate or BI retention documents, and valid government ID or secondary citizenship/residence ID. Confirm the matching adult new/renewal page for your case.
